Great experience, but had to call to verify my appointment since it never came through on ZocDoc and I had to reschedule a few days before. You are better of booking directly through them. That being said, I had a great experience with the doctor that made the mild inconvenience worth it.

All medical aspects were exceptional. Electronic/email/phone support was terrible. I received an evaluation form before my appointment. I tried to confirm the appt today, was forwarded to a central phone bank where no one answered. I personally think private equity firms should not be allowed to purchase medical practices. it’s never as good as when they are independent.

Unfortunately, I booked with Dr. Sohn but was seen by a different provider. That wouldn't have been an issue with me but I wanted to see Dr. Sohn specifically because of her wonderful reviews and the other provider didn't have the best bedside manner. My appointment felt rushed and I couldn't fully express my concerns and share my medical history without interruptions. I was also not given thorough recommendations for my issue and I had to be the one to ask for further testing to get a comprehensive diagnosis. Overall, not a great experience but I can't speak to Dr. Sohn since I wasn't seen by her.

Filling out the Zocdoc forms was a waste of time I still had to fill out all the forms at the office.
Also the office called with a different time that was available not the time on Zocdoc.

First-time appointment. Office did not inform of not taking any antihistamine seven days before allergy testing appointment so I had to come back for a second visit. Aside from that, I had a pleasant interaction with Dr. Sohn and her staff.
