The whole experience was very positive! The reception area was clean. The desk staff were pleasant and efficient! Dr. Wu's assistant Sharone was so nice. And most importantly Dr. Wu was nice, informative, responsive to my questions and concerns. Addressed my immediate concerns and helped me decide on next steps. My previous dermatologist was not in my new insurance network. So I needed to find a new dermatologist. I am so happy to have met Dr. Wu!

Dr. Wu treated me like a patient, and not like a specimen. It was refreshing to actually have a dermatologist look at my face, and I mean really look at it. In the past, I’ve had dermatologists stand a foot away and examine it. She prescribed medications that went directly to my pharmacy. I wish I had a dermatologist like her when I was younger. I highly recommend Dr. Wu.
