This was my initial visit. The delay in being seen was for the transfer of my historical medical records from my prior physicians.
He is very patient focused and expects to provide very high quality care through close involvement and care management. I look forward to working with Dr. Raffoul on managing my healthcare.

He was great but this is an urgent care center - as I was reminded repeatedly. I had an 8am appointment and was there before 8am but they don't unlock doors until 8 and I didn't leave until 1030.

The office is clean and faiting zone is comfortable. All stuff members are very polite and helpful.
I have got my antibiotics prescription.
But I just couldn't explain the time delay as I have made my appointment online and arrived even 10 min. in advance.

I was surprised by the modern aesthetics of the office with comfortable waiting area I was met by a friendly greeting as I walked in. The staff was very personable as well. Dr. Raffoul took his time to get to know me and assess my symptoms.
It was a highly positive experience, I was able to schedule my appointment at 745pm so it did not interfere with my work schedule. I certainly would recommend!
