I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Gould as my new OBGYN. She is extremely friendly, professional, informative, and has a way of making you feel comfortable no matter what your appointment is in regards to. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything in great detail.
My only complaint is that her front office staff tends to be discourteous over the phone. They don't call back when they say they will and have a very little sense of urgency.

I went during my lunch break, and had a great experience. Very minimal, almost no wait time, and Dr. Gould plus her PA student were incredibly friendly and helpful. I went in for a birth control change and STD check, and am actually looking forward to my pap smear later on this year.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Gould, and both times I have left feeling as if she's the only OBGYN who genuinely cares about my health and comfort. Finding the right routine for my body has always felt extremely scary and anxiety-inducing, but Dr. Gould makes me feel much more confident that we'll get it right from the start.

The first time I saw the Dr. Gould was amazing so this isn't a review on her. I actually never got a chance to Have this appointment. I made the appointment through ZocDoc and it was confirmed by the office. When I got there, the receptionist advised that the doctor wasn't in. She didn't apologize or anything. She just simply said the doctor wasn't in today. To the office: please be considerate of patients' schedules. You need to do a better job at managing appointments because it's unacceptable.

I just saw Dr. Gould for the first time, and she is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Right off the bat she was very friendly and upbeat. I went in with a lot of questions and concerns, and she was a great listener and took her time answering all of my questions in as much detail as possible. She has a very warm personality, totally approachable and unbiased in opinion. I felt so comfortable with her, it felt like I had been a patient for years.
