very good
Dr. Valeriano seemed rushed during my visit. I was not finished talking when she had something to say. She gave me a diagnosis without proper blood work or any kind of testing done. I am looking for a physician who actually honors the Hippocratic oath.
I love her being my new primary
The wait was very short which was nice because I went on my lunch break. Dr. Valeriano was very kind and I enjoyed speaking with her. Her staff was very nice as well.
Very informative and straight forward.! The staff was very polite.!
Muy Buena doctora
Its always a pleasure. She listens to your concerns and provides great suggestions. I highly recommend her.
This MD is spectacular! Always listening and shows concerns about me and my kids! I'm thankfull and very great full to have such a wonderful MD. I would recommend her to anyone deserving.
I thought she listened to my concerns and made recommendations other doctors didn't. Very informative.
She's very nice, and has great bedside manner. Very attentive to my needs.
Quick, easy, good nurse, good doctor. A painless appointment
Very nice bedside manner, and very kind overall. Seemed knowledgeable. My only complaint is that she focused on my weight when I was there for something unrelated. So, if you're triggered at all by weight/diet talk, you may want to skip this doc. That being said, she wasn't nearly as pushy or assuming as most doctors I've seen re:weight.
Muy amable, si la recomiendo!
Too many patients in a small waiting room along with a long wait time. Scheduling needs to be set farther apart.
I love Dr. Valeriano!! I was with a different Dr., for about 10 years before switching, he believed in herbal healing and different options of healing. Although he is a good Dr., I don't feel like I was ever healed. Dr. Valeriano listened to everything I had to say, she asked about past treatments, and she explained everything to me that I wasn't understanding. I really feel like she cares and isn't just another Dr.
Highly recommend to AVOID this so-called medical office. I do not understand all of the great reviews... Had to wait for over 45 minutes to be seen, the nurse completely rushed through the medical background (managed to ask all of the questions WHILE taking my blood pressure - while I should have been still and quiet - and kept interrupting me to ask the next question, probably not even writing down the answer). After being told to change into the gown, not even 2 minutes passed when Dr. Valeriano barged in without even waiting for a response when she knocked. Then, I had to tell her everything again I had written in the questionnaire AND told the nurse, but apparently nobody looks at the charts, nor talks amongst each other there. Once again, I was interrupted after everything I said or she simply ignored when I mentioned the concerns I had. Another thing, they did not even ask to have my medical records pulled from my previous doctor, just asked me if the results from previous test were normal. I told them no, and she just ignored me - shouldn't a responsible doctor have a look at the previous results to make a well rounded diagnosis? Also, Dr. Valeriano scolded me for coming after a few days after my period, saying they do not do PAP smears if it hasn't been two weeks into the cycle, when I actually had called to reschedule my original appointment - told the nurse I got my period and that we should reschedule - and the nurse was the one that chose the date - shouldn't she have known that "policy"? The doctor was not helpful at all in answering the questions that I had, and basically RUSHED me out of the office. Terrible experience, will definitely NOT return here.
Friendly people - arrived and left within 1 hour!
What a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
She was very nice
The Doctor took the time to listen to me and she wrote down everything that I said . I was examined. Very friendly. I will see her again and make her my regular physician.
Very personable. Listens thoroughly. Talks to you like you are a person. Not just a number.
Its was nice and fast she heard all my concerned answered all my questions about any and everything I had. she was gentle warm and understanding. I will be making a second appt.
Very caring Dr., I'm glad that I chose her for my primary care Dr. The office staff is rather rude, and they all look frazzled.
Dr.Valeriano was by far the most caring doctor i have ever had. She takes her time and answers evry question and concern.
I loved her approach and bed side manner. I really needed a friendly face but at the same time helping me to make good decisions.
It was my first visit, but the staff was friendly. I have not been to a doctor for many years because I do not like the wait and seems bedside manners of physicians no longer exist. Dr. Valeriano took the time to hear all my medical concerns and was prompt in doing all that need to be done. I never sat for more than a minute without being with someone at this physician office. Great experience so far...
After washing my hands they had no paper towels. My toddler had a cold so I asked for Kleenex. The receptionist brought me paper towels. We waited a very long time to be seen although there was only one other family in the waiting room. Not going back.
She was very pleasant and detail oriented time her patients. What pleased me the most is feeling welcomed and being informed on my overall health
Extremely long wait time to be seen with a scheduled appointment, over 1.5 hours late to be exact. Dr. Valeriano stifling yawns as you describe your symptoms doesn't come across as professional either. I would not recommend this doctor.
At times unorganized but able to go and locate information pertains to the visit.
Very professional yet personable. Felt very comfortable. This is my second time seeing her (moved to Chicago a year ago and needed a doc). Will continue to see her, very happy with my experience.
Dr. Valeriano MD, is the best doctor ever, since I have been going to her for the past year, I have lost over 30lbs, my diabetes meds have ben reduced from 3 meds to only 1. She is very caring, and values her patients health.
She was very thorough with Q&A in gathering specifics to work towards a diagnosis during the initial consultation.
The doctor, staff, bedside manner, procedures, and everything to do with the treatment for me was excellent and the wait was pretty short. The facility felt a bit cramped, dim and dusty and could use a bit of attention however (it was still respectable).
Very nice, good listener, super quick visit, and gives good advice. Highly recommended.
Kind, quick and listens very well. Very helpful as well!
She was very concerned and cared about my well being.
She was incredibly nice and really listened to everything I had to say and answered any questions I had.
