I was surprised that I ended up with a full medical exam when I had signed or looked for a gastroenterologist consultation in preparation for a colonoscopy. I kept telling this to the male nurse and I keep being told that “we can help, we do it all”. My trust is shaken

I do not recommend this doctor he lied to me multiple times about ordering blood work. I was assured that this doctor would order my blood work before the appointment that I had. The doctor asked me for the list of tests I wanted to run and said it was no problem. The staff never got back to me and I had to follow up the next day and was told it was now a problem because they couldn't submit the tests to Quest because of some tech issue. The doctor assured me of a paper script would be provided the following Monday but again nobody got back to me. They kept making up excuses for why they wouldn't provide me the blood work order that they promised. The front staff said most of the people that reach out to this doctor do it for drugs.
