The staff especially the medical assistant were nice. The doctor does not really smile although she greeted me in Chinese ( I look like a Chinese). I like her though anyway. The visit was just a consultation visit. She prescribed medication and see the effect and would come back after two weeks,.

Unlike most places, cold and endless, this place is comfortable and quick. Take your time if you want but i personally rather be quick and out. Highly recommend.

i made a short appointment notice, but i was able get that appointment at once ,although it was a wait, it was worth it

For the first visit, she seems very nice. Longer wait than I expected, but that's OK, she was busy.

we waited over 2 hours, she didnt even do any test when my face was drooping and drooling

I got there early to finish my paperwork, but still had to wait 45 minutes.

Receptionist told us that we didn't have any appointments despite reciving a confirmation text from ZocDoc. Then we were seen after all scheduled paitents.
Great visit highly recommended.

I made my appt through zocdoc and received my confirmation email and text message. I checked in and waited. As I was waiting for over an hour, I realized that people who came after me were being called in. So I walked up to the receptionist and asked why that's happening and she said as if it's none of her business that it's because she doesn't see me on the appt list. I explained to her that I made the appt and got all the confirmations and STILL they were sending people ahead of me!!! Doctors pay for zocdoc services for their patients' convenience! Clearly they do not give a crap about that. I don't have to wait that long at my PCP's office!! (Who's a lot busier than she is) This wasn't the first time. Every visit they make you wait for over an hr and your consult with the doc? Less than 3 minutes. So if you have all the time in the world and don't mind these ignorant people getting paid from your insurance companies go ahead.

Went well
My mother went to the doctor with my father for his apartment with the Dr. She said she was very kind and not fast to push pills on my father. She was interested in him being healthy as a whole being. She has an excellent bed side manner. Thank you!

Verified patient
It was pretty good
Verified patient
Dr. Yin was great but the location is a schlep from LI. The resident spent more than 30 minutes entering information from the forms I completed into a computer while I sat opposite him, just watching. Why? Unfortunately, I was prescribed migraine medication not covered by my insurance.
Very good doctor
