They were late coming back from lunch by 30 minutes and then told me my appointment had been rescheduled but nobody had called to tell me that. They saw me anyway, but after they charged me the copay for the visit, told me I would have to go somewhere else to get the birth control prescription I needed. My whole reason, as stated before I saw the doctor, was to get my exams done so that I could get back on birth control. This place waited until after they had gotten paid to tell me that they did not offer this service. Could they not have told me that when I made the appointment and told them what I was coming in for?? This place has completely aggravated me in every way. When calling the office, they are always closed. I have been put on hold for 10 minutes at a time, only to be hung up on and have to call back several times in order to get someone on the line. As soon as the receptionist answers the phone you are put on hold without even speaking. Extremely unprofessional and I will do my best to make sure that everyone knows what a shoddy business they are running. Not happy with this place at all!

This is the second Dr I have been to in the last few days and I thought the last Dr was bad because I was 5 mins late and was told to go home but this on takes the cake not only did I wate for over an hour to be seen but when I was te Dr payed me no mind she keep arguing with her nurses right in front of me and when I told her what the problum was she too me OK I be write back she came back with nothing and told me wate again she for got what she had left for on her returning back she still had nothing so I then she look in my ears said I look OK but when I ask her about my throat she told me to hold on again inn her returning back to me she said well u seam to be OK I need blood work and she was going to prescribe me some medication but the funny thing is I never got any prescription or name for any over the counter drug to buy can someone hello me find a Dr who gives a damn about anyone any more
