I was able to fill out the forms online and was able to be seen with hardly any wait at all at my appointment time. I was seen promptly and was evaluated by the practitioner after the examination. They called in my prescriptions to my pharmacy and I was finished and on my way home within 20 minutes total. It was a very good experience using them.

Awesome experience from start to finish. The front desk clerk was very professional and patient with me, her attitude set the pace for my entire visit.

I do not plan on going back. I have sinus and chest congestion and I went in for help with that. I tested negative for the flu and for Covid and I asked her if I could go into work and she said yes. I asked if I was contagious and she said yes, but no more contagious than anyone else who is sick at the office. To me the answer was unacceptable.

Facility was nice and clean, staff was kind however, there was one interaction with a nurse that was unsettling especially with already feeling bad. She needs to work on her bedside manners and gentleness. She was moving quickly and in trying to do a Covid Test she was rougher than expected and when I the patient expressed that she was adamant that she wasn't versus taking heed to the feedback of my experience. It was frustrating. Doctor was kind.

I’ve visited this location before and I prefer it because the staff here are really nice and welcoming. The physician that I met with was really understanding to my situation and was very clear on what I should do. It didn’t seem rushed or like they were in a hurry. This was by far the easiest and best urgent care experience I have ever had. I do rarely go to urgent cares, but when I do, I never have a “memorably good” experience. I was seen right away. Didn’t wait in the patient room longer than a few seconds to be seen. The nurse and doctor were great and didn’t leave me hanging throughout my visit. 10 out of 10 glad they are just down the street from me but would travel farther to this one if I had to.
