I had a great experience. Dr. Banning truly made me feel comfortable, heard and seen. They ended up taking me in the room early. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to come see me. The newer phlebotomist took blood from me and did a great job. I didn’t feel the needle. The receptionist was okay, no complaints. Overall, I will refer my friends and family to the office and doctor!

It is hard to get any doctors appointment in Michigan if you are a new patient so this was a random first appt available situation and I was extremely happy with the results. Super friendly staff and doctor. I had a lot to share and she listened, but I learned about her too which was awesome as it made me feel very comfortable with her. She answered all my questions and we came up with a solution to my concern together. Overall 5 stars!!
