I really appreciated Kajal's patience, friendliness, professionalism, and approach. She was organized, but took the time to really listen to my responses and ask me about my goals. She didn't push a particular diet, food, or weight on me and seemed to understand that what worked for one patient may not work for another. It made me feel less ashamed of my weight and more encouraged to continue making small changes that can positively impact my health. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

Kajal was awesome, highly recommend! I came into my first session with high emotions surrounding my health journey, and she did a wonderful job holding space for me and making me feel safe to share my feelings. She walked me through the food plan and asked me if I had questions at each step, and answered all my questions. I have followed many diets and studied nutrition, but I learned many new things, it was just my first session! Looking forward to working with Kajal on a regular basis.
