The service was excellent. The doctor went above and beyond in finding space for me in their schedule, even after zocdoc messed my appointment twice, this time by booking me for a blood test at 3:00pm which is hours late for a regular blood test.
I recommend the doctor, just not this site.

Be careful booking here! I booked an appointment through Zocdoc which was confirmed through the app. Upon arrival, the receptionist blatantly told me that booking through “the website” meant nothing. She was also pretty rude and condescending which really left a bitter taste in my mouth.

The wait was ridiculous with no communication. Personally I like to get a new appt at least an hour in advance to get paper work filed. They waited 10 minutes before my appt to give me any paper work. After I handed it back another 2 hour wait just to see the doctor. Honestly, if things are hectic, I dont mind waiting extra time(just communicate) but geez a 3 hour wait for 30 minute appt.
