Dr. Caldwell is very professional, nice, and thorough, she listened and ordered the correct tests. The office staff are extremely nice and they go above and beyond, even printing out my insurance card for me. I really like Dr. Caldwell and I would definitely recommend to others so they can experience what I'm talking about

Great first visit! I was late and they were still kind. Dr. was kind and listened well.

I was hopeful and desperate for answers, but received none. I wasn't even sure if it was a doctor's office or not, because it has so much going on (hair salon, massage, etc.). Everyone was very nice and very quick! It did also seem very rushed and unprofessional.
I made the appointment specifically to discuss acne treatment. The doctor said she couldn't help with that and I would have to set up ANOTHER appointment to discuss what THIS appointment was supposed to be for. I was charged much more than expected to walk away with no answers. It took YEARS for me to build up the courage to see a doctor about this and I feel like I was lied to and robbed.
I'm just very disappointed.

Dr. Caldwell was my PCP a few years ago and I wanted to choose her as my PCP again. She is attentive and pays attention to her patients. She asks questions so that she can help provide the best care. I'm glad that I was able to go to her as my PCP.
