Everything with the doctor was fine, though the app is almost nonfunctional. I was sent to the wrong office, they had no idea that I had an appointment, he specializes in the elderly and I’m under 40. I had to get another appointment with a different doctor, app is trash and even the doctor’s staff agreed.

The Doctor is always helpful, tries to get the root cause of the problem - is kind and professional, he's a better doctor than I am a patient. Goes all out to help. The waits are pretty long in and out but that's ok. I usually miss my yearly appointment because I forget I have to reschedule so...we're both bad.

The appointment that I scheduled. The Office was closed and I never saw anyone. I never heard from the office or Doctor. I was really disappointed that I wasted gas and time to get closed offices.

I was very unhappy the personal office told me that there not in this site and did not take me i was mad because they made me drive all the way there to not take me and wanted to reschechule my appoiment somethig i totally desagree with it...im not coming back i will look to get a diferent doctor

The doctor that I booked with was not in the office the day of my appointment. Though I received an appointment confirmation, the office staff were unaware I had an appointment at all and said the person in charge of ZocDoc appointments "isn't very on top of it" and sent me on my way telling me I could come back to book an appointment with them after their lunch break.

This doctor is morbidly obese and will tell you that your overweight. I waited 5 hours to see him. He was so rude with perverted overtones
