I’ve been under psychiatric care for as long as I can remember. Moving heee from the east coast was hard and my depression was at a peak. Kara was the first doctor I saw with regards to my mess. She was very professional and took extra time with me as I cried in her office. I’m grateful to her for listening and expressing concern.

I went a long time without seeing a doctor after mine retired. I really like Kara a lot! She assured me she's not going anywhere and I'm happy about that :) She took a lot of time with me to get my history so I didn't have to jump through the usual hoops of starting with a new practice. I appreciated the personal touch!

I went in because I had ringing in my ears. First I had scheduled a 12:15 appointment to go on my lunch but there was a glitch in the system and had to change it on the fly. I got in quick which was nice. The staff wasn't very warm or welcoming. The MA who was taking my blood pressure, temp, height/weight etc was quite rude when I asked what a "full physical" had meant. She just kept saying EKG and I could discuss the rest with the doctor. I only wanted to know what to expect before since I really just needed one thing. The doctor had me undress for a physical, when I went in for EAR PRESSURE. She then recommended an EKG and was upset when I declined. I asked if I could pay my copay and the woman said there wasn't one and that my insurance would bill me if there was.The only good thing about my visit is that I was prescribed antibiotics for possible infection and that they were quick.
