very easy to use and wonderful tool for setting your own appointment. cuts out the wait times associated with leaving a message, waiting for a call back - perhaps at a time less convenient than when you first called to set the appointment - and overall, makes the whole process of visiting the doctor not feel overwhelming.

Was great, I have had many experiences where the provider did not seem to listen to me and rushed in and out, some where they never even listened to my heart let alone did a physical exam.
