The visit was fine, but the office didn't have any record that an appointment had been made. This was very frustrating. Why bother to make appointments if they don't keep records? (This is the second time this has happened.)

I relocated to Memphis recently and chose Dr. Andrews as my primary care physician. I have been extremely happy with both the care I've received and with the office itself (staff, wait times, parking, scheduling). Dr. Andrews is an excellent clinician and has a wonderful bedside manner. I plan to continue to see her as my primary care physician, and would recommend her without reservation.

Dr. Andrews was very nice and has great bedside manner. She explained everything to my son in a way he could understand. She was interested in his plans for school and incorporating myself and my other son in the office visit. This was very important to me and my family, our previous providers office had closed and it took a while to find a new provider. I am sure happy we met Dr. Andrews! I believe in having a great long lasting relationship with your physician.

Great doctor. I rescheduled using the zodoc app. That apparently didn't work, and now she's not covered under my insurance after my former insurer left the state (Cigna and humana, respectively).
She is great. I recommend her highly and regret that now I have to find another doctor.

I really like Dr. Andrews! I was a first time patient, and I felt like she was very thorough and attentive with her questions. It was a pretty straight foward appt., but I would definitely come back to see her again. Also, I saw negative reviews online about booking/wait times, so I was hesitant, but I didn't have any issue with that. I would recommend booking online, and aiming for early in the day if possible.
