I like Dr. Karen Dix so far even though this was my first time seeing her every! It was a good experience I can’t complain ! The Nursing staff and dr.Dix was very Polite, Kind , Courteous and Professional! I highly recommend Dr. Dix to anyone who want to see her! Also she listens to your concerns and she doesn’t rush you out her office and the waiting time is good!

Although Dr. Dix was friendly and easy to talk to the level of professional did not match. I gave two stars because I didn’t not receive any follow-up from Dr. Dix or her staff, BUT I did receive a bill. I was sent for labs and never received a call, email or text. This makes me feel like this more of an opportunistic type of practice which cares more about billable hours than patients.

My rating may confuse you, because she is a good doctor, she is patient and listens to understand your needs. But my rating will sit at 1 star, because her front office staffing horrible, dismissive and curt.
Dr. Dix and her office staff stand as a united front, although she is a good doctor I would never recommend her to anyone simply because of how her front office treats patients. Having to deal with them prior to seeing her is not worth it--they are just as many good doctors with better front staff. Please trust me when I say book elsewhere :(

Every time a I have Dr. visit every body in the office are very professional and friendly. Dr. Dix is an excellent Dr. I'm very happy to have her as my Dr. I will never change her at all. She always listens and have patients with me, and gives me the right advise in every visit. Is always a pleasure to see her.
