Drew University of Medicine and Science. I couldn’t find the office due to some local construction & was frantic thinking I was going to arrive too late & miss my appointment. I was so relieved to arrive & find a relaxed receptionist who welcomed me and had everything ready for my visit. I had used Zoc Doc before so there weren’t any issues, no forms to complete nor a waiting room full of people. I was able to begin the visit just moments after I arrived. The staff was kind & efficient. My visit was completed in a timely manner, the office & treatment rooms were clean & well lit and all the staff i encountered were friendly, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this urgent care & would definitely return.

My experience at the doctor was great. I was very unhappy with ZocDoc for not being clear that my insurance was not the same as what was accepted in office. i was not even given the option to type in my type of insurance. so i had to pay out of pocket

Seems like a very long wait since I was the first patient and had a 9:15 appointment. Only one other patient and they came in after me. I could hear chatter and laughing from the staff so I don’t think they were busy. Felt like they took the other patient ahead of me….

I have a fear of doctors and my appointment went so well. The staff was so nice and the office was clean. Bridget was wonderful and explained everything well and made jokes that helped ease my anxiety. Would definitely come here again.
