Dr. Karen Kim is a Board certified internist with over 15 years of experience practicing in the greater Los Angeles area. Her areas of expertise are preventative medicine and women's health. She received her medical degree from Tufts University, and she completed her residency at Brown University.
Dr. Kim has an astute knowledge of patients' most common health concerns such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and depression, to name just a few of the medical issues she sees and treats on a daily basis. Her medical team includes her Nurse Practitioner Christina Quach, who is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis on women's health and geriatic health.
Dr. Kim believes in a team approach to health care, with the most important member of the team being the patient.
Dr Karen Kim also provides aesthetic treatments including laser treatments for scars, stretch marks, and wrinkles, IPL for melasma, sun spots, as well Botox, VI Peels, and SculpSure® body contouring, and ear piercing. Please contact our office for a free consultation.

Unfortunately, I was not able to meet with Dr. Kim, and met with one of the other nurse/physicians instead. No wait time, a very kind and attentive nurse helped me sort through the issues I came with, overall would recommend this office to anyone starting out looking for a PCP!

Dr. Karen Kim was great, very nice and listen to everything I had to say and answered all my questions, definitely will be going back. That wait time was a while for me because it was my first time there so had to fill out paperwork but everyone else that came after me only had to wait like 15min which it’s great! The staff was friendly as well.

I understand it's difficult to serve a new patient who is coming in for a specific reason, but I really felt like I was not listened to in my appointment, and only received the medicine I needed after specifically asking for it. I came in with a bad cough that caused wheezing and asthma attacks. I was offered... cough medicine lol. If I had not specifically asked for the long term and rescue inhalers, I might have died when I had two full length uncontrollable asthma attacks in the following two weeks because of the cough. Thank goodness I knew what to ask for.
