As an Osteopathic Family Physician & Addiction Medicine Subspecialist, Sarah enjoys being able to do this holistically day in and day out. She is grateful to serve one of the noblest beings on Earth and help them find the power within themselves to leave a life of impact through optimal health. In Sarah's opinion, a Primary Care Provider needs to be able to listen compassionately, show up empathically, and hold a safe space for the patients in their vulnerable moments to restore their health. She believes it is important to answer questions in a way that the patient understands, and help the patients understand their own body, lifestyle and impact. When a provider also doesn't know the answer, to direct the patients towards other sources. Then help them make sense of their findings, and guide them in building their desired health story, and to make the science less scary. In her spare time, Sarah is "Mommy" to two beautiful gifts, and that is her most favorite role. She is also learning how to be an Entrepreneur. Sarah has some small startups focusing on supporting self growth, telemedicine, social media and more.
