My specialty is helping people cope better in work, family, and relationships. I work with individuals who feel sad about life, feel nervous in situations or might need some career direction. I help older adults struggling with retirement, dealing with relationship issues as well as adjusting to chronic health conditions.
My specialty is working collaboratively with people who are struggling with life transition, trauma, impulsivity, focus or other mood problems . Over the years, I have developed many ways to help people including stress management, coaching, and EMDR. Please call so we can discuss how we might work together.
I provide a supportive environment to adults who have had difficulty making progress in previous therapy or feel like they are "stuck." Although I work with physicians I prefer a more natural approach using food, supplements, etc. to increase physical and emotional healing.
