Dr Rehder is phenomenal. I came in for my annual physical and needed a letter for a surgery recommendation. She sat down and wrote my letter right there! When I walked out of the office, I had a copy in my hand. She is professional and kind, and her staff is very friendly.

Karen Rehder, M.D., FACOG is a board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist and surgeon. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1988. After graduating from St. Louis University school of Medicine, her post graduating training was at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Rehder has been practicing in Pittsburgh since 1986. She opened her own practice, Womens Gynecologic Associates, in 1997. Dr. Rehder was voted one of the top three choices for physician referral in the Pittsburgh area in 2004. Her practice is limited to gynecology office care and surgery with special interest in the areas of hormone therapy, birth control, osteoporosis care, urinary incontinence, and preventative health care for women. Dr. Rehder’s dedication to women’s health care has kept her at the forefront of gynecological and surgical technology. She has been a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Society since 1980.

Dr. Rehder is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She is approachable and professional. I feel like she really takes her time during your appointment to listen to you. She and her staff are wonderful. I have recommended many of my family and friends to go see her!

You know when you meet someone and just know they are caring and compassionate? That is Dr. Rehder. I will never see another doctor again. Yes, she's religious. If that offends you (which it shouldn't since society is all about being inclusive these days), you're missing out on the opportunity of a great doctor who is going to put your health at the forefront of everything, making sure you receive the best care (physical, mental, emotional, the whole 9) possible.

Dr. Rehder was very nice and answered all of my questions professionally while not make me feel nervous. I will definitely be going back.
WARNING: I filled out my forms on ZocDoc like it said to, but then had to refill them out at the office anyways. I asked about how the office receives the information I put on ZocDoc, and they told me they were not able to access any medical information I had written down. ZocDoc is collecting your medical records for no reason! Don't fill out the form.

I saw Dr. Rehder's PA this visit. While she was clearly knowledgeable, I did not feel as comfortable as I do with Dr. Rehder. I think she could have asked questions in a way that is a little less judgmental.
