The doctor ‘s office was run down and had a bad odor which made me think it was unsanitary. There were old stains in the old carpeting. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a carpet in a doctors office before other than the reception area. Gross! Never coming back.

Dr. Karina Arzumanova was a great professional, she was very kind. However, she never took any of my vitals which is a bit cause for concern since I was a new patient and came in with a cold. Also, her office has not switched over to digital medical records. Everything is done the old fashioned way, with a paper filing system.

Ordered a lot of tests to be done at Quest Diagnostics without reason (I'm a 27 year old female, not ill) and did not tell me the cost. After getting it done, she called me with very minor concerns and asked me to take another test after taking some vitamins. A couple weeks later, I get a call from the billings department at Quest saying I owe a few hundred dollars, the total bill was a few thousand and insurance did not cover the last bit. At no point did anyone tell me the cost. This is only for the first test, glad I didn't go take the second one...

I went for my annual physical and Dr. Arzumanova was very friendly and professional. She patiently answered all of my questions and also explained her recommendations in terms of my long-term care, given my family history. Definitely recommend.
