We recently moved to the Loudoun area and were in need of a new primary care doctor for all yearly checkups. I am so glad that I found Dr. Narayanan. She is kind and patient. She really takes her time with you to listen and provide valuable advice. Never did I feel rushed, nor did I ever feel like she was rushing to get to her next patient. She was very thorough in her analysis and tests provided. Its also super convenient to have all lab work done within the same facility withouth having to go elsewhere. I will defintely come back to her again and recommend her to any family and friends looking for a new doctor in the area.

Dr Narayana is amazing and very patient. She is a very good listener and would answer your questions very well. I saw her when I was 4 weeks pregnant when your obgyn wouldn't see you until 8 weeks. I had a history of low iron and Vitamin D defeciency but she got me tested right away and the treatment is onn. She spent time on explaining lot more things that I should take care and follow. 100/100 for her.

I was very pleased to find an attentive doctor who was available at very short notice who was able to help me out when I had an awful case of poison ivy that required a steroid to abate as it had spread near my eye and was an extreme response elsewhere. My local Dr. office had no capacity to see me, so this was super helpful and prevented me having to go to an Urgent Care. I will continue to seek care with this Dr. as was very impressed at her listening and compassionate care.

Dr Karuna is the absolute sweetest physician I've had the privilege of working with as an adult. she listened to all of my concerns and helped me get referrals for a good endocrinologist and psychiatrist, which I've been on the search for for quite some time. I arrived about 30 mins late to my appointment, fully anticipating needing a reschedule, and she was still able to fit me in. I have definitely found a doctor I will be working with in the future!
