My wait was a bit longer than expected but I was told ahead of time of the reason why And I was fine with the wait. I’m thankful that there was an explanation beforehand so I wouldn’t get frustrated. Great staff. Very clean. Friendly and professional.

I like this urgent care very much. Its fast and affordable . I never wait longer than 20 min. Also the doctors ordered other tests and found out exactly what was happening to me. They took good care of me helping me be comfortable and giving me meds to to be able to function and sleep.

I had booked an appointment online, yet it was 1 1/2 hours before I was seen. I don’t understand why you have “appointments” when walk ins go ahead of me as patients were just taken in the order they arrived. I will never come to your facility again due to this reason and I will publish a yelp review reiterating this.

I cant beleive we waited there 2 hours. Poor coordination. Doctor did not care at all about patient. While she was performing exam she would get distracted by responding to messages on her cellphone. It seemed like she didnt wanted to be there. Had never encounter anything like this.

The appointment was quick - I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The woman at the front desk was average - she could use a little customer service training.

Fantastic bedside manner from Patrick (Medical Assistant), Dr. Nair was very reassuring, and the team did a thorough assessment of me in an efficient manner for my urgent issue. Felt great after this was completed.
After covering urgent issues, Dr. Nair moved on to some other health issues of mine for my own well-being which I had already been aware of, and taught me just how serious they were. Was not pressured at all, and I'll be following up to get myself taken care of in the future. Helen (receptionist) was knowledgeable on my billing/referral questions and I appreciated that. This was a great visit and pretty much the best I could expect from any urgent care visit. Nice job team.

Excellent best doctor visit I ever had. The staff was attentive, polite, payed attention and didn't just assume they knew what my diagnosis was 3 sentences in explanation. The other thing that was key was I had two vials of blood taken and two shots in the butt for asthma. The gentlest nurse ever. Those ass shots hurt going in and this had to be the slightest pain I've ever experienced with them period. They used a butterfly needle to draw blood and the two vials filled mid convo not that long annoying pain while they wait to feel up. I'd go here any day period in and out A1 service. Highly recommended and I've been to offices coast to coast all over the US this was my best sickly experience hands down.

This was my be first visit. I was able to get an appointment within 90 minutes of deciding to do so. Very attractive and clean facility. Was seen, urine sample obtained, result reported for just $25 which was important since I lack insurance, diagnosis and treatment plan made and explained well and very timely. Very pleased.
