About Kate Lepry, MS, RDN
Kate earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention as well as her Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California.
Kate gained experience working with eating disorders in both the outpatient and residential settings in Los Angeles, California before joining Essential Nutrition in 2023. In her nutrition counseling approach, she follows a non-diet approach and utilizes the intuitive eating model when appropriate and supportive for healing one's relationship with food. She enjoys supporting clients on their journey to reach food freedom. She recognizes that clients benefit from individualized nutrition care and is committed to helping clients create long-standing, nourishing habits. In addition to eating disorders, Kate has experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults, digestive issues, blood sugar management, nutrition for anxiety and depression, heart health and chronic disease.
Kate is a Colorado native and in her free time enjoys hiking, skiing, and trying out new recipes. Whenever she can, she loves to travel and explore new places.
