Kate is the most in depth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner on the market. She’s the kind of person that you recommend to family and friends. Your needs will be met and taken seriously. You the kind of person that needs every avenue of possibility to see what’s causing your issues? She’s it. You have a dozen things to go over health wise that all need equal attention? She’s handling it. You forgot to mention something last meeting? Send her a message via the portal so you don’t forget. Worried about health? She’s got recommendations for physicians, blood work, and the expertise to speak on it and how it affects mental health/day to day. You feel like someone is ACTUALLY listening to you not just prescribing you something in the first 16 minutes. Even minute details like how allergies you may not have known you had and should check up could be affecting XYZ. She conducts Buisness how I have been working towards for years and I feel like I can only dream at having her level of IN DEPTH knowledge of everything affecting mental and physical health and world class customer service. If you think this is an exaggeration I assure you I’m not doing this proper justice. If I wasn’t slamming this all together before work it’d be at least twice as long. Military regs? Aviation status? Again she’s got you covered. If you aren’t sure, go do it. It’s an improvement on quality of life.

Kate Dunn is hands down the best Psychiatrist a person could ever ask for. I could literally write a book on how fantastic she is and how helpful she has been. I am truly grateful for all she has done for me. I would highly recommend her and Lifestance. I don't think I could have made it through this stage in my life without her.

I was really anxious about getting on medication and concerned what the journey would look like, but Dr Dunn made me feel so comfortable and made me feel so seen, that I feel confident and ready to start my journey onto a better path.

no, I would not go back. she didn't listen to anything I said gave me medicine that I specifically told her I didn't want to take if it interfered with diabetes or blood pressure. I'm real susceptible to diabetes because it runs in my family strongly and this medicine she gave me could have side effects of those low blood sugar and I really don't want to mess with anything like that. I have no heart problems, it's blood pressure medicine. I've been taking the medicine I've been taking for a long time and I know what I need and she just really didn't listen to what I had to say. so I have a prescription waiting at the doctor at the pharmacy that I'm not going to get and I guess I'll just find another doctor
