I have white coat anxiety, but Dr. Hammrich helped me feel so at ease and safe. It was nice to be able to chat about health concerns and actually feel heard.
Dr. Hammrich is also very confident in her recommendations which made feel better about finally starting treatment.

Best doctors office I have ever been to!
Wait time was short, paperwork was minimal and everyone is SO NICE! Office is clean but still has a friendly/welcoming feeling. I cannot recommend enough.

My experince with PA Hammerich was decent. She seemed rushed, however; I do understand that our current medical system does not allow for providers to sit with patients and comb through medical history, but I would appreciate seeing more of an effort from PA Hammerich. I felt that some of my concerns were dismissed, and that she did not fully consider some of my family history when I asked for particular labs. She was accommodating and was kind though. I did appreciate the office and all other staff. They were exceptionally kind and my wait time was minimal.

I was a little disappointed with the office itself. I arrived 25 minutes prior to my appointment (I was instructed to get there 15 minutes early), I filled out my paperwork and still waited another 30+ minutes past my appointment time. I watched the lobby fill up and empty out multiple times over so it wasn’t that they were running behind or overwhelmed. It seemed they were disorganized and didn’t actually check me in until after my scheduled time. The lobby also felt very cluttered and kinda dirty.
When I finally saw the provider and her staff, though, it was worth the wait. Katelyn was so attentive and kind and listened to each and every one of my concerns. She ordered blood work to see if there was any health issues causing my problems and even offered me suggestions and referrals for other professionals in the event my problems were psychological. She was patient and made me feel like she genuinely cared. I highly recommend her!

I have been to twice office twice and never had to wait a long time. All staff is kind and approachable. I had to get labs and a tetanus shot and the PA was extremely nice and made the process a breeze.
Katelyn Hammrich is equally kind and genuine. Despite having a busy schedule she does take time to listen to any concerns that you might have. Also very quick to follow up.
