Both Dr. Hagmann and her assistant asked questions and listened to my answers without rushing. Dr. Hagmann explained what had caused my condition and gave me a list of the things I could do to treat it or slow down the progression.
She also cautioned me on unsafe self-treatments to avoid.
Both the office staff and the Dr. were very pleasant to me.

Dr. Hagmann became interested in podiatry while working as an activity director at Wisconsin Badger Camp, a non-profit organization that provides summer camp activities for adults and children with special needs. Experiencing her own foot and ankle pain that impacted her quality of life and prevented her from performing her daily activities, she was directed to the care of a podiatrist. From there, she experienced compassionate care and was introduced to the world of podiatric medicine.
Dr. Hagmann is most passionate about helping her patients become pain free and preventing complications like amputations, wounds, and infections. She strongly believes in the age-old adage, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” and has spent the last four years of her career providing podiatric evaluations and at-risk foot care in the community setting for elderly and disabled people with conditions such as diabetes and peripheral vascular disease. Her expertise lies in providing comprehensive evaluations, including biomechanical, peripheral vascular, and neurological assessments, to craft the most effective conservative treatment plans to reduce pain and maintain optimal foot health.

Dr. Haggmnan was thorough with her evaluation including onsite imaging to diagnose and began treatment during my first appointment. This was my husband's first visit to Dr. Hagmann and he was very impressed by her kindness, knowledge and ability to quickly diagnose and resolve his nail and foot issues. My husband has had Parkinson's Disease for 23 years and Dr. Hagmann and her staff had a wheelchair available to transport him to our car as he was feeling a bit weak at the end of his appointment. They really go above and beyond what you'd expect from a doctor's office and we feel very fortunate to have found this podiatrist and her welcoming co-workers.

Dr. Hagmann was the best! I was very nervous going into my appointment because of my painful ingrown nail, but she made sure I was comfortable and calm. She got it taken care of right away and was done before I could even think about it! She’s sweet and funny and definitely kept me distracted and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be more pleased with my appointment this afternoon with Dr. Hagmann. She and her staff are fantastic!
I had three painful, ugly issues with my toes and feet that had been bugging me for years. Dr. Hagmann offered me several options to resolve the issues, ranging from surgery, to a couple of procedures that could be done in the office today. I opted for the immediate office procedures and tonight, my toes are pain-free for the first time in 4 years! Dr. Hagmann suggested we monitor the situation every few months to see if I want more aggressive treatment, which she's not recommending right now.
She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I'm so appreciative of the fact that she took her time in listening to my questions and offering more than one possible solution. I would highly recommend her and am so glad I found her on Zocdoc!
