The doctor was very friendly, interested in what I had to say, and thorough in her questions. She seemed to be interested in my health and the prevention of future issues. The staff in the office were also super friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience.

Though I waited more than I wanted to, I walked out feeling taken care off. Dr. Kostakos was in a cheerful mood and engaged in a helpful conversation.
She was also helpful in referring me to multiple specialists within my area of residence making sure they are both geographically close and trusted professionally (I hope).

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dr. office. I waited 1/2 hour to be taken back and then another 1/2 waiting in a gown. Then a random person comes in and tells me that I had previously seen another Dr there and that I can't see Dr. Kostakos. I said I didn't want to see that Dr. Then she leaves ad I hear Dr. Kostakos say she is too busy to see me. And then the random person comes back and says the Dr will only see me if I don't intend to switch Dr. again (how do I know until I see her). I go to leave because they made me very uncomfortable. And then on the way out they tell me the Dr. will see me as long as I don't have anything serious I need to talk to her about.. in my annual physical. Which is insane. Of course, I do. They blamed it all on ZocDoc and the integration. But they treated me like crap, the Dr refused to give me the care I used ZocDoc to sign up for and they had no intention of honoring my appointment for an annual exam because I have medical issues I need to discuss (??????). If they had an issue with the circumstances, they could have called beforehand, or when I arrived, but they did not. Avoid all the doctors at this very unprofessional practice.
