0/10 recommend this provider. I chose her based on her credentials and she failed me. She prescribed me an SSRI and then denied the refill after 2 weeks (that is dangerous) and then when confronted about it, she denied ever prescribing me the medication. I had to show her proof of her name on my prescription for her to admit it after accusing me of getting it from another doctor. Very unprofessional and weird experience. This was my first time trying therapy and I was extremely let down. The office manager was very professional and tried to help me find another therapist after agreeing this was wrong.

The front office staff does not get back to you and don't bother filling out forms on here because they don't use it. My provider was a good listener, but that's it really. This is the last time I get a provider when I'm IN crisis mode because clearly, I was not thinking. If I was, I would have noticed all their positive reviews came from people who needed mainly talk therapy. If you are going here and you are medicated, I recommend trying somewhere else. I had medications I did not want increased, my concerns were dismissed, and then the medication I wanted to stay on got discontinued without my permission. It is condescending. I'm a grown adult so at the very least, I should have a say in things that alter my brain chemistry.
