This was my fist appointment. Everyone was polite, the building was clean and had a fresh feeling to it. My doctor was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She told me everything I needed to know and didn't judge me on any question that I asked. I really enjoyed this visit and don't have a fear of coming here again. Thanks!

Dr. Schwarz is extremely competent, friendly and professional. She's careful to tell you what she's doing when she's doing it, and careful to explain the pros/cons of any course of action. My prior OB/GYN was my doctor for 20 years before she retired, and I visited SWWH on a lark as they had appointments available. Glad I did, she is skilled and knowledgeable.

I called the office to let Dr. know that I was menstruating again, only 10 days between periods. I was told to come in to see Dr. Schwarz. When she came in exam room she seemed annoyed & asked me why I was there. She informed me that she didn't ask for me to come in. So I wasted my time because someone in the practice wanted me to be seen, but it wasn't her.
Bedside: I am a smoker. Dr. Schwarz knows that. First thing she asked me was if I had been smoking in the exam room. I replied "Of course not!". Dr. Schwarz, obviously disgusted, told me that I completely "reeked". She always comments on how I smell like smoke but this time she was extremely rude and demeaning. If you're a smoker, choose a different doctor.

I appreciate Dr. Schwartz's being careful about which medicines I need to take. She discussed several and we decided together what I will take. She does a good pelvic exam and she checked for a yeast infection. I appreciated that she made sure it wasn't a yeast infection.
I had to return to give a clean catch urine sample and I wouldn't have known about that if the office hadn't called me as I drove away! Luckily I have access to my phone in the car and could turn around and come back.
