Learning the importance of healthy eating and exercise inspired her to become a dietitian. For the past nine years, Kathleen has had the privilege of working with clients in a variety of nutrition areas, including bariatrics, weight management, oncology, diabetes, hypothyroidism, PCOS, heart disease, sports nutrition, disease prevention/wellness, and disordered eating. Kathleen is passionate about helping clients improve their relationship with food, achieve sustainable weight loss, and live healthier lives. She is a "no dieting" dietitian who truly believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Kathleen focuses on a personalized, step-by-step approach with her clients to help them achieve their nutrition goals. Kathleen graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Christian University and is currently working to obtain her master's degree from Texas Tech University. On weekends, she loves visiting local farmers markets, exploring new recipes, and enjoying outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, camping, and paddleboarding with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
