With all the anxiety surrounding public spaces, I felt not only welcomed, but also assured that I was in a clean environment. Everyone was friendly and proper sanitary procedures were practiced throughout the visit. I was able to be open about my visit and listened to and taken care of.

Her past involvement includes clinical research in dementia and the development of specialty programs for geriatric patient care.
Dr. Gerace received her R.N. degree from the State University of New York and continued her medical education, graduating from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. She initially started her residency career in Psychiatry and later transferred and completed the Maricopa Integrated Health Systems/Mayo Affiliation Internal Medicine program. She established her own practice and opened a Medical Facility in 1999, presently known as AllCare Internal Medicine.

I got called for another appointment because they had lost my sample. I came in to get another sample for testing and the provider stated they found my sample in which my appointment was no longer needed. While there I asked random questions to follow up on my next appointment for my annual physical. In coming to my next appointment I was billed for 2 visits. Neither charges were mentioned to me prior. The actual visit was for a PAP. The second visit was because they lost my sample so I had to return. I got charged for returning for a sample they lost. Will not come here again. Any charges should be disclosed upfront. I should not be charged for them losing a sample (in which they found) but failed to inform me so I showed up to my appointment anyways.

The nurse was really nice, but honestly the doctor was extremely aggressive and very rude to her staff. We went because my son was sick and while she was able to diagnose, he ended up leaving with a higher fever and exhausted since we ended up being stuck in a hot room for over 2 hours. I have gone to this office for a few years and every time the wait is very long. On the phone I am always met with unnecessarily rude and curt receptionists. I have finally had enough after this last time where I was not listened to or understood. I would not recommend this establishment.

Office staff was very helpful. Switching to Dr. Gerace at the beginning of the year due to changes in insurance through my company. I have been advised to reschedule since she will be accepting new patients at the beginning of the year. Great! I will be doing that. Thank you very much.

Office doesn’t open its doors before 8am but yet they schedule appointments at 8am...what if you need to call prior or if you need to get in early to fill out insurance paperwork. Wife went here too. They overcharged her insurances copay. Had I known, wouldn’t have bothered booking. They make appointments without availability. Random list of cons - sorry about that. Don’t want to waste any more time.

I liked Dr. Gerace, but I did not get a good vibe from the office. I had to fill out 7 pages of paperwork (seriously, I counted), I did not see the doctor until 42 minutes after my appointment start time (and I arrived 10 minutes early, so that accounts for the paperwork), one of the front desk employees was not very friendly, and, honestly, there was a bad smell in the office. I do no think I'll be going back, though Dr. Gerace was friendly and helpful.

i expected to wait awhile in the office because my appt was at 430pm. usually in the morning it's no more than 10 or 15 minutes... it's a dr.'s office, everyone has to wait! other than that i've been seeing dr. gerace and dr. sethi for almost 7 years and they take good care of me, know my history, and are very nice and personable.

I actually saw Mindy and she literally saved my life. She was professional as well as personable. Everyone in the office was pleasant. They spent time with me which is unheard of these days. I would not recommend them simply because I want them all for myself! Lol
