Booked an appointment through Zocdoc at 10am Pre checked in & Arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. When I arrived the Office was closed and locked up on a Monday even though its posted on the door open 9am to 6pm. Called the provided number, trying to reach Ms. Carner. No one could get a hold of her. I waited till 10:30, still no one showed up doors still locked. Ended up canceling the appointment. Don’t waste your time with this practice glowing 5 star reviews are misleading
