After graduating from the UNT Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Dr. Kathleen Henderson completed her pediatric residency at Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin. At Dell Children’s, she received the 2011 Karen Teel Award of Excellence, the highest honor awarded to a graduating resident. Dr. Henderson is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She joined our group of Austin pediatricians in July 2011. Dr. Henderson admits newborns at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center. She has a special interest in newborn medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time traveling with her husband and son.

Always excellent. Got a same day appointment. Dr. Henderson didn't freak Jude out and answered my questions before I even asked them.
