I normally see Dr. Shelly Li (which she’s amazing, highly recommend) but her soonest appointment wasn’t until next week which I needed to be seen sooner due to my symptoms getting progressively worse in a short time span. So looking on Zocdoc I found Dr. Usman Hina which she had a decent rating (surprised) & had plenty of availability for this week (not surprised) so I decided to book an appointment with her. The process of checking in & speaking with the nurse taking my vitals was fine- it was only seeing Dr. Usman Hina that made this experience rotten & unpleasant- leaving a bad impression on the clinic. Dr. Hina Usman didn’t listen to what I had to say, focused on 1 symptom that wasn’t the main thing I wanted to address, recommend unnecessary expenses for treatment on the symptom I wasn’t really concerned about, she was professional but passive aggressive, & piggybacked on the notes Dr. Shelley Li had previously put in from my last visit.
