Dr. Harris was born in Tacoma, WA. She earned a B.A. in chemistry and biology from Pacific Lutheran University, followed by a medical degree from the University of Washington. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Rhode Island Hospital, which is the largest teaching hospital for Brown University. Kathryn then returned to Washington State with her husband, where they have practiced internal medicine together for the last 27 years. She enjoys the practice of primary care internal medicine, and has developed a focus on women’s healthcare and prevention. In her leisure time Kathryn enjoys reading, cooking, swimming, and being with her family and friends.
