Honestly, such a great experience. Dr. Kathyryn Satyukov was super easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. She really listened and didn’t make anything feel rushed or clinical. I felt like she actually cared and wanted to help, not just check boxes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Satyukov if you're looking for someone who gets it and makes mental health feel less intimidating.

She has a lot of experience dealing with people from all walks of life. Her goal is to find what works for you, vs making you fit into the system.
It’s so much more than just getting the right medication. She will hear you.

My approach is shaped by years of nursing experience in inpatient and residential psychiatry, combined with a passion for helping teens and young adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I hold a Doctorate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and a Master's in Nursing, both from the University of Arizona. I've seen firsthand that true mental wellness isn't just about symptom relief-it's about building resilience, improving daily habits, and fostering a sense of confidence and control. That's why I combine evidence-based medication management with lifestyle strategies like executive function coaching, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and nutrition. My goal is to help patients not only feel better but thrive in school, relationships, and life.
