I work best with older teens, adults, and older adults and specialize in depression, stress, anxiety, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders using motivational interviewing, talk therapy, and medication management to improve your overall mental health.

My approach to mental health care is individualized and based on the needs of each client seeking non-judgmental and supportive care. I prescribe medication and incorporate therapy when indicated for maximum benefit. We can work together to start building a safe and healthy mental health journey with life-long skills for productive living.

My journey to mental healthcare
An increase in the number of patients requiring mental health specialty care during the past decade of my primary care clinical services prompted me to equip myself with better knowledge and skills to assist my patients. I’ve always wanted to be a mental health provider and serve vulnerable populations.
