She was very impersonal and a bit rude at me. She seemed upset because I was trying to explain my concerns and she could not understand my point because she misinterpreted what I said. She was pretty inpatient with me. I'm very sad because I had high expectations because of the positive reviews and I left her office with a bitter taste in my mouth and with more concerns about my health than what I previously had.;0(
