Pauline Good is proud to be a member of Circle Medical, a digital-first, patient-focused experience that makes quality care more accessible than ever. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Nursing from Barry University.
The role of a primary care provider includes diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses in a comprehensive manner. The most important criterion is delivering care that addresses the person as a whole, inclusive of social, physical, and mental challenges. The primary care provider also coordinates care and acts as a liaison to specialty care, diagnostic services, and community resources. Lastly, the primary care provider educates and serves as a healthcare partner in support of patient-centered care.
Pauline has been in healthcare all of her adult life and enjoys every facet of patient care. She is goal-oriented, organized, and passionate about life in general. Traveling is her favorite hobby, as well as learning the culture, values, and social mores of others. Three important traits she values are gratitude, humility, and honesty.

This is probably the rudest provider I have had in Zocdoc. Provider does not have any empathy whatsoever. She was upset because I made her work twice when I accidentally made two Circle Medical profiles(Provider uses Circle Medical to see patients). Provider made the consultation more complicated and was annoyed and irritable during the consultation, seemed like she did not take my health condition seriously.

And was saying video call. She came on the call late. Basically mumbled hello and the rest of the time she collected my history. As soon as you finish collecting history she told me the call was going to shut down and she had to go. She never asked me did I have any thing currently going on with me at the time I tried to ask her about current hip pain that I have but the car disconnected. I was very disappointed. I could have filled out the paperwork of my history prior to the call. I feel that I was cheated out of a physical. I would like to go back to the traditional way of seeing physicians. Had I known I would only have 20 minutes with her I would have rescheduled the appointment. I didn't feel any value in the physical. It was a waste of time.

The doctor asked about other medications I was currently taking and told me that she wouldn't treat me and her network would not as well. The explanation didn't make sense. Then she asked if I was bi polar when I expressed frustration.
