I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist located in the Bay Area, California, with a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Sport Psychology, both from John F. Kennedy University. My clinical specialties include eating disorder treatment, sport psychology, and general mental health challenges.
As a former professional NFL cheerleader and multi-collegiate athlete, I specialize in sport psychology and work closely with adolescent and adult athletes to enhance their athletic performance. In addition to my sport psychology expertise, I have extensive experience supporting eating disorder clients and their families, having served as a Clinical Director for eating disorder treatment facilities across multiple levels of care, including Outpatient, IOP, PHP, and Residential.
Beyond my clinical career, I am also a professional choreographer for NFL, NBA, and collegiate dance teams. Whether on the dance floor or in the therapy room, I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where every client feels heard and respected. With a strong focus on confidence and inner balance, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each person where they are and empower them to overcome obstacles.
