Dr. Rondon was very friendly and took time to explain steps of pregnancy process at CityScape. She listened to my questions and answered without assuming anything. All the other staffs and nurses at CityScape were friendly as well!

My appointment felt rushed, as if the doctor did not have time for my gynecology related questions. However, she took extra time to lecture about things unrelated to the reason for the appointment (or gynecology at all). Overall the appointment felt cold and judgmental.

Was very unfriendly and the wait time was obnoxious.
Not returning and would not recommend to anyone. She did not make me feel comfortable or tell me what she was doing. There was no communication and I felt unable to ask her personal questions.

Very clear, easy to talk to, personable, clearly explained everything, and gave me everything I needed. Aside from covering all my medical concerns, she checked I exercise, wear a seatbelt in taxis, and eat enough oatmeal. Very thorough and nice.

The front desk was not amicable. They did not have my appointment from zocdoc yet they had my paperwork. So i had to be 'squeezed in.' I waited an hour and a half. However, the doctor was nice and answered all my questions. Her medical assistant was a swetheart
