From the moment I sat down, I felt like they were trying to check the box that says I was "seen" and get me out the door. There was very little discussion and the whole process felt rushed. While I received some recommendations for next steps, discussing a follow-up felt like I was a burden (as opposed to the Dr. being invested in my continued care/healing).
Video visit
Profile listed LGBT health as an area of care, but Dr. Lee was not very knowledgeable in this area. I felt a bit uncomfortable with the way he approached my questions around LGBT health and the dated terminology he used. He was also surprised and unaware when I brought up the very common side effects of PreP, yet still prescribed the medication even not seeming to know what the complications might be. Can't recommend his office for those looking for LGBT or trans care, though in a pinch he would probably be willing to write a refill prescription for a medication that you are already taking.

Dr. Lee has been my physician for almost two decades. He is exceptional in his knowledge base, and rarely gets things wrong in diagnosis. He's very intelligent and has listened to me and my complaints. I was diagnosed with a non curable disease last year and since then, he's been extremely helpful in my care an management in all aspects. He is excellent!

I especially appreciate the ability to communicate with him via Mychart and the ability to ask Dr. Lee questions on a continual basis and always receive an answer.
