“I was very happy that they were able to see me today. My 2 daughters have been here on separate occasions and recommended it. I was a new patient looking for an immediate appointment. They had openings right away and took my insurance. I was seen quickly and felt like the PA was very competent to diagnose and prescribe what I needed. She also called the pharmacy immediately so I could pick up my prescriptions on the way home. Highly recommend this urgent care. ”

I have an infected tooth and in so much pain. I was seen immediately and given the proper medications. I was surprised and pleased at the efficiency and compassion I was shown. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

I was seen first by a nurse practitioner. There was not any safety check done to identify right patient. She called me by my first name. Did not ask my last name and did not verify my date of birth.
The nurse assistant saw me after. Same. No patient identification verification. She drew my blood. Did not have patient label. I asked her I wanted to see my name label attached to it. She took the specimen vial outside the room, came back and placed a sticker on the specimen. I checked it with her and it was a different patient name.
I had to tell her the reason why we do this for safety. She should also have not taken my specimen out of my sight without a label on it.

Lisa is a great diagnostician and friendly provider. I’ve had to see many healthcare professionals due to my medical conditions, and she really took the time to understand all my issues and offer an appropriate plan of attack versus just “band-aiding” the situation at hand. I highly recommend her.
