My appt was at 8:45a, I was not called back to be seen until close to 9:30a with no communication from the receptionist as to why the wait was so long. I also filled out new patient info forms online but the office was unable to pull them up indicating they do not have that ability!
Outside of the wait time and lack of communication from the receptionist, Dr. Wilson was excellent! Very professional and answered all my questions! The phelb was also very professional and my blood draw was easy and pain free!
