“Easy to locate the office, front desk staff were sweet and answered all my question. I was taken in the back with 10 minutes of my arrival (I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment), and I was seen by my new PCP within 20 minutes of being taken to the back. My doctor wasn’t particular chatty, and certainly wasn’t looking to get to know me past a typical wellness assessment for a new patient appointment. The parking lot was spacious, and the building was wheelchair accessible!”

The office was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were organized and friendly. I was running late and arrived a minute or two after my appointment time, but I was still in the exam room within 10 minutes of arrival. Dr. Kunwar was exactly what I'd hoped for: Took her time with the exam (even offering to clean out some earwax she found), asked if I had any questions or concerns more than once, and told me what bloodwork she wanted me to do and why. The lab is also conveniently in-office so I could stop by on my way out the door. Including scheduling my next annual physical, I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. I'm a little nervous to tell people about the experience because if everyone knew what a gem Dr. Kunwar and her office is, it'd be a lot harder to book an appointment.

Bedside manner for a new patient was cold, not rude or mean. But she seemed uninterested to be meeting me for the first time. Got my blood back, even though it was normal a call would’ve been appreciated.

Very nice, print quick appt, and saw me very quickly after signing in.... I basically didn't have to wait to be seen at all and Dr Kunwar addressed all my issues. She also had all of my referrals faxed immediately... and even quickly redid them the next day when I needed to switch them to another pharmacy.

I felt her bedside manner was a bit cold & I dont feel she asked me enough questions about my history. It was a very detached appointment with hardly any communication between us. Loved the front desk workers & the lab worker who took my blood, but this provider I would not recommend. I may return to that office, but only of I’m able to see a different provider

Felt very automated, like i was just another number. Two weeks post visit, and i have not received a call, email or any correspondence to review lab work. I scheduled an annual check up— my first and years and I will book another with another provider to ensure nothing was overlooked. Provider didn’t even look in my ears, like?

Dr. Kunwar was friendly and pleasant. However, she seemed unsure of the treatment she was giving and never gave an explanation as to why I was experiencing my symptoms. she didn't ask questions regarding my symptoms or even examined me fully until i pressed for it. I had expressed my dissatisfaction with other care providers to her in hopes she'd take me seriously but got very much the same run-around.

She called my number after the appointment was 20 minutes late. I said hello twice. Shw then hung up on me and went straight to another patient instead of recalling the number to help me first.

The doctor was very attentive. She was very interested in covering all of my concerns. She helped me identify specialists I needed and set up follow up appointment. I was able to get my bloodwork done ASAP. And my prescriptions would have been on point if CVS hadn't lost one of them. Getting that worked out now.

I booked with a new primary care provider because I felt like my concerns weren't being heard by my previous doctor. She was very nice and soft spoken. It was clear that they just moved into a new office space, as the space was underwhelming and relatively empty. The receptionist was incredibly kinda.
At first, like most doctors I've seen, she was a bit dismissive of my current concerns chalking it up to all the standard things like drinking more water, exercising more, etc. Given my health history and past surgeries, it seemed like a specialist was needed. She offered to write me a referral if I needed and recommended follow-up appointments with my past surgeons. I appreciate that and will return.
