I went in for an annual screening and couldn’t have felt more rushed and unimportant. No annual screening was done and I was in and out so quickly and then being sold products at the front like an Avon rep. I will be going elsewhere, but the staff at the front was great.

Waiting room was unappealing and on the warm side, and the wait long but the care was excellent. The staff was kind and thorough, too. And it was possibly the most covid-careful of any place I’ve been. I’m confident they will find out what my problem is and that’s the most important thing. It was well worth the wait.

Bedside manner was cold and task oriented. During a routine skin check she was rattling off terms of things she saw on skin to her nurse but gave me no information about them. When I mentioned issues that I noticed on my skin she stated “welcome to your 30s”
